The food we need to eat is a protein smoothie, good source of calcium, low calories and red meat. This food helps to make easy to lose your weights.



Protein Smoothies


Chocolate banana nut shake:
Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup coconut milk.
  2. ⅓ cup sprouted almond butter.
  3. banana, peeled.
  4. 2 tablespoons cacao powder.
  5. 2 cups ice cubes.
  6. Stevia to taste (optional*) \



Good Source of Calcium
The Calcuim have a big benefit for the menopausal woman, if the woman menopause we need to support more calcium to provide a lacking of calcium in our body. And for a person what to be a fit the benefit is to have a strong bones.
 


                                    

  Low Calories
      When we you eat a low calorie food the metabolism is faster than other people.
The benefit of this is to make healthy and avoid high blood pressure.

  Meat is source of protein, vitamins and minerals. That's why a person with a place of diet the meat it to support a lacking need to build a muscle and to make strong but we need to  minimize to eat meat we need a right amount of eat can eat to avoid high blood.
